COVID – 19 Protocols
Dear valued homeowners, members & guests,
We wish you, your families, friends and colleagues the best of health during this global crisis and are doing all that we can to ensure the safety of all that live in and visit Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf.
The following are the steps that we have voluntarily taken for the last ten days and should new information or government directives indicate a change in protocols we shall immediately add those to our protocols.
The Restaurant at Tierra del Sol & 19th Hole Bar:
* All indicated sanitary condition protocols have gone into effect including but
not limited to required antibacterial soap/sanitizer usage by all staff, menu
wipe down between meals, no staff permitted to come to work with any upper
respiratory condition or fever and staff must stay home if someone in their
household has any symptoms, all serving materials washed and dried at very
high temperatures and everyone is required to use the utmost vigilance at all
times with staff and guests.
* Antibacterial soap/sanitizer is mandatory for staff and visitors.
* No indoor food service effective immediately.
* Social distancing of 6 feet or more between outdoor tables in compliance
with outdoor safety protocols.
* No bar & drink service other than 6 feet or more between outdoor tables in
compliance with outdoor safety protocols.
* The 19th Hole Bar will be closed on March 18th until such time conditions
dictate that it is safe for it to reopen.
* Starting March 17th, The Restaurant will be offering a Carry-out with Curb Side service upon request for everyone who wants to enjoy a delicious meal while still staying safe! For orders please Whatsapp at (+297)640-8002 and you can review the menu on the dining page.
The Gym, Spa and Salon:
* All gym equipment must continue to be wiped down with antibacterial soap/
sanitizer after all use. The gym will be closed effective, Wednesday, March
18th until such time as conditions dictate it is safe to reopen.
* Club House Pool will be closed effective, Wednesday March 18th.
* All lockers and locker room equipment must continue to be wiped down with
antibacterial soap/sanitizer after all use.
* Spa and salon equipment and instruments must continue to be wiped down
with antibacterial soap/sanitizer after all use though we will be closing the
Spa and Salon on Wednesday, March 18th until such time as conditions
dictate it is safe to reopen.
The Golf Course and Golf Shop, Lookout Bar & Beverage Cart:
* Golf course operations will continue relying upon safe outdoor protocols
similar to what is employed at the Tierra del Sol restaurant.
* Safe outdoor protocols include the antibacterial soap/sanitizer wiping
down of all golf cart steering wheels and seats after each use, the anti-
bacterial soap wiping down of all golf clubs after each use.
* Tee times will only be made online and via phone to eliminate unnecessary
personal contact.
* All lockers and locker room equipment will continue to be wiped down with
antibacterial soap/sanitizer after all use.
* Please arrive prepared to play golf. All locker room access shall cease on
March 18th until such time as conditions dictate it is safe to reopen. Please
kindly empty any locker that has personal belongings so that they may be
sanitized prior to reopening.
* Pro Shop staff will engage you from a distance of greater than 8 feet while
indoors.
* The Beverage Cart will be closed effective Wednesday, March 18th until such
time as conditions dictate it is safe to reopen.
* The Lookout Bar will remain open while the golf course is operational and
shall utilize the same outdoor safety protocols as the restaurant.
Accounting Office:
The office will remain open until such time as it may be required to close. Please kindly use the Golf Shop to make all payments.
General Comments:
We are your neighbors; we are your friends and in some instances, we are your family. It is in times of need where our humanity must prevail and every effort needs to be made to keep everyone safe and secure. If there is anything that we can do in that regard, please don’t hesitate to ask.
