Your membership becomes active immediately upon approval and payment. You'll receive login credentials and member materials within 24 hours. Start playing and enjoying benefits right away.
Yes, every spa treatment includes complimentary use of the sauna, steam room, fitness center, and pool facilities.
You must cancel or reschedule your treatment at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.
We provide a robe for your day use, but you must bring your own swimwear if you wish to use the sauna or steam room.
To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time regardless of when you begin.
