- Three (3) night deposit required at booking
- Full refund if booking is cancelled 15 days before arrival
- Early check-out during stay or “No Show”, full payment will apply, meaning full payment penalty

- Seven (7) night-stay required

Maximum Occupancy:

- Maximum 4 adults in a 2-Bedroom unit
- Maximum 6 adults in a 3-Bedroom unit
- Maximum 8 adults in a 4-Bedroom unit
Free for Children under 12 years accompanied by their parents or family (max. 2).
Condo and/ Villa or Estate Home will be assigned upon arrival.
MINIMUM STAY:
Minimum 3 nights required year-round (except Dec. 22 – Jan. 6)
Minimum 7 nights required during December 22 – Jan 6
TAXES:
Rates are subject to 12.5% government tax & 10% hotel service. Mandatory $3.00 p/d environment tax.
