Stretch, breath & relax using the time honored Yoga postures in the great outdoors of Tierra del Sol. Simple, powerful and energizing are the benefits you will get.

Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30pm
Wednesday 8:15am
Saturdays at 8:30am


1¼ hours to tone and relax your body, both inside and out. Feel calmer, recharge your batteries and strengthen your whole body particularly your spine. You will learn a series of physical postures, deep breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.

Yoga is a great way to keep you feeling younger, healthy and fit. If you are strong and fit already, it will help lengthen, stretch and strengthen your muscles.

You don't have to be fit or flexible for these classes
just willing to learn the art & science of Yoga.
