Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your Spa treatments, please let us know 24 hours ahead of time to
avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment. Body & Soul strictly adheres to our cancellation
policy.
Maximizing your Spa treatment
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. This will not only
allow you time to check in but will also allow you time to make use of the warm areas in the facility.
The use of the steam, sauna, whirlpool or power shower will relax your muscles so that you receive the
full benefits of your service.
Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid
delaying the next guest, your treatment will end in time regardless of when you begin.

Spa apparel
You will be provided with a robe and slippers. If you wish to enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi,
please bring a swimming suit.
Minimum age
To enjoy the spa facility; guest must be at least 16 years of age.

Hours of operation
Our opening hours are from:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays- 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m.
Sundays- 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Hours may vary on holidays.
Methods of payment
We accept major credit cards, cash and traveller's checks. No personal checks will
be accepted.
Currency
Aruban Florin and US Dollars.
