Ventanas del Mar, the award-winning flagship restaurant located at the clubhouse of
Tierra del Sol is buzzing with exciting new cuisine welcoming guests from all over the island.
Well known for an International Cuisine with a tropical twist our Restaurant not only offers tasty
dishes and personalized service but also breathtaking views of the Ocean, Golf Course, Pool
and the California Lighthouse.
With the new makeover, the fully renovated restaurant and its staff now welcome guests with a
fresh and comfortable ambiance that invites patrons to linger longer. The refurbishment of the
restaurant has created a casual, elegant environment complementing the tantalizing culinary
gifts of the kitchen.
For your lunch selection we suggest you to try our "Corn and Crab Chowder", our signature soup in
a toasted bread bowl or the "Oriental Beef Salad" with pan seared beef strips peanuts, bean
sprouts, cilantro, oriental miso dressing and crispy noodles.
Experience a tantalizing dinner and try our "Crispy Whole Red Snapper" with stir-fried vegetables,
Japanese seaweed and Thai sweet-sour sauce.
And we have some new interesting changes: For those who enjoy Sunday Brunch the restaurant has its
fantastic Brunch Buffet, to be offered every first Sunday of the month. Ventanas del Mar also
provides you with some tasty Specials, such as a Salad Night on Monday, Surf&Turf Special on
Wednesday or our surprise tasting menu on Friday night.
